Vivid Skylights Refund Policy
Thankyou for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels and packaging.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization. Place the item securely in it’s original packaging and include your proof of purchase, full contact details including phone number and email and either drop off or transport it during business hours 9am -5pm Monday to Friday to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you us a trackable method to send your return.
After receiving your returned item and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged. Any items that have been installed/removed and or been scratched/dented or damaged in any way.
For defective or damaged products, please email us at email@example.com to arrange a refund or exchange which will be processed once original item has been returned.
Please note that a 30% restocking fee will apply based on the item purchase price for any returns or exchanges.
